Miriam's Heart invites moms to our mindfulness and stretching class (mats will be provided). Our class begins this November and will be taught by Heather Black, instructor at Tatyana’s Fitness. We have asked Heather to prayerfully create our class with a purpose: to generate energy and health, facilitate relaxation and increase focus and self-regulation tactics for our group.
Following the 45 minute stretching and relaxation, we will have a 30 minute time of structured Bible study and devotional.
