Catherine 'Cat' Gutierrez

Intern

A Masters of Social Work student, Catherine Gutierrez desires to serve her community by caring for foster and adoptive children and families. She is also a current participant in the Promoting Childhood and Adolescent Well-Being Certificate Program at Rutgers University. Catherine seeks to understand and promote the array of clinical services and resources used to support children and adolescents in her practice while also providing case management services. Catherine has gained much valuable experience working behind the scenes and in one-on-one sessions with families where she has walked alongside families as they face difficult life situations, weeping with those who weep and rejoicing alongside them, too! Catherine values God’s command to care for the orphan and the widows, as all are all image-bearers and are valuable in the sight of the Father.
