Patrick Todd

Patrick Todd is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in test security and law enforcement. As an Associate Director of Test Security at the College Board, he ensures a fair testing environment for all students. His public service career spans over 29 years, including a distinguished tenure at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, where he retired in 2019 as a Detective/Sergeant in charge of the Financial Crimes Unit. Patrick holds a B.S. in Business Management from Hampton University, graduating in 1989.
In November 2020, Patrick was elected to the Montgomery Township Board of Education, becoming the first African American male to serve on the board. He has contributed significantly to curriculum development and anti-racism initiatives. Patrick has also served as a panelist on forums addressing police interactions, traffic stops, and anti-racism.
Patrick is a 32-year member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated and has been a speaker on social action topics presented by the Omicron Chi Chapter based in Plainfield, New Jersey. Patrick currently serves as the chapter’s Keeper of Records and Seal. Patrick is married to Patricia Taylor Todd and he and his wife have two adult sons, Cameron a 2021 graduate of Morehouse College and Evan a freshman at Morehouse College.
