About The Event
Dr. Jessica Diasodse completed her undergraduate education in psychology at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and continued with graduate school training in clinical psychology at Rosemead School of Psychology in La Mirada, California. During her training, she was privileged to work with clients in many settings, including a psychiatric hospital, a men’s prison, private practice, and multiple college counseling centers. Through working in these settings with people from many backgrounds, one thing she's learned is that no matter who you are, there is power in understanding your story in the presence of another.
Dr. Diasodse is practice owner of Liminal Psychology LLC in Bound Brook, NJ which provides therapy to teens and adults specializing in trauma, spirituality related concerns, neurodiversity, and OCD. She also teaches and trains other therapists, provides psychoeducational workshops, and creates educational content on the internet.
In this video series Dr.Jessica will discuss ADHD, including what it is, what it can look like, what to do before and after diagnosis, and much more. We will review what the research has to say about the unique needs and experiences of kids/teens diagnosed with ADHD. Please submit your questions after each email blast. Dr.Jessica will begin to answer your questions via social media in October.
You should leave this workshop with a better understanding of diagnosing and living with someone with ADHD.
