About The Event
Join us for a guided conversation with two NJ attorneys. We will review the timelines, case processed and goals, terminology and various other topics of concern of licensed resource families. We've surveyed resource families from 11 NJ counties and invited several attorneys to join us.
Meet the Attorneys:
Diane McNeill, Esq.
Diane McNeill, Esq. is a private family law practitioner specializing in child protection litigation, divorce, child custody, adoptions,
estate planning and is routinely appointed as a guardian ad litem by the Court. She also works as a per diem Law Guardian representing children in Somerset and Warren Counties in child protective litigation. Prior to working in the private sector, she represented the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, then DYFS as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey.
Rob Trautmann, Esq.
Rob represents all of his clients, from residential homeowners to multi-million dollar corporations, with the same zeal and aggression regardless of the amount of money at stake. While it’s not uncommon for Rob to obtain multi-million dollar settlements for his clients, one of his proudest accomplishments came recently in a relatively small matter. Rob and his team were able to force a carrier to pay his elderly client after her home suffered damage from a broken pipe for which they wrongfully refused to pay. Through pointed depositions and discovery demands, the insurance carrier recognized the no-win situation they were in and finally paid everything necessary to repair the damage and restore the home. Rob is blessed with a beautiful wife named Karen and two sons that keep him on his toes. When he is not chasing down insurance companies or his sons, Rob can generally be found engaged in athletic pursuits such as soccer, rugby, golf and skiing. Rob has a passion for orphan care and regularly travels internationally to work with Children’s HopeChest (http://pcc-somerset.hopechest.org/) an organization that cares for orphaned and at risk children in the developing world and volunteers as a legal advisor to Miriam’s Heart,Inc.
